Adoptions:

You will need to complete the Adoption Application Form to start the process off. Once complete, please email the form to Kathy Ferguson.

Fostering:

Often people want to foster to help a dog in transition, or they want to see if there is enough compatibility for adoption. We encourage you to foster to adopt. It usually takes about 2 weeks to a month to be sure a dog is a good fit for you and your family, so if fostering a senior is something you would like to do, complete the Foster Application Form and SSRI Membership form then email to Kathy Ferguson and then please fax the signed SSRI Code of Ethics to 658-1451.

Volunteering:

To be a volunteer, you need to complete three forms, SSRI Volunteer Skills, SSRI Membership and SSRI Code of Ethics. When complete, please email the forms to Kathy Ferguson.

The following forms are for use by volunteers in the placement of dogs with foster or adoptive families: Owner Assistance Release Form, Adoption Agreement. When complete, please email these forms to Mary Sanders.
